RioRequesa
Camping RioRequesa is located directly on the Rio Requesa stream, in the green heart of the Val di Vara in Liguria. The water flows through the valley, past forests and open spaces that still feel truly natural. Our small and peaceful campsite is located in one of these places.
We have thirteen spacious tent pitches (60–120 m²), four wooden tent houses, one Tiny House, and two spacious camper pitches. Everything is simple, atmospheric, and surrounded by nature. No big entertainment or busy boulevard, but silence, birds, babbling water, and plenty of space to live outdoors.
At RioRequesa, you can get back to basics camping in a way that still feels authentic. Come and enjoy peace, nature, and a campsite where children can play outside again and where you can completely recharge your batteries.

The Mediterranean Sea is about 25 km away. The Cinque Terre can be reached in about forty minutes by car.

Yes. No great luxury or crowds, but peace, nature, lots of space, and a simple, relaxed atmosphere.
6. Do you help with routes and activities?
Certainly. We live in the region and are happy to help with walking routes, beaches, villages, and active excursions.
7. Are dogs welcome at the campsite?
Yes, dogs are welcome if they are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests. There are beautiful walks in the surrounding area.
8. Are there sufficient facilities at the campsite?
Hot showers for everyone, a clean swimming pool, washing-up areas, and a private power connection at each pitch. All powered by solar energy, batteries, and heat pumps. Modern and energy-neutral. There are also plenty of parking spaces in our own car park.

We have a semi-inground wooden swimming pool filled with clear, clean spring water. We keep it clean by circulating spring water and using ecological disinfectant tablets. The pool measures 8.5 x 4.5 meters and is 1.4 meters deep: ideal for both children and adults. A great place to cool off after a day of hiking or playing in nature.

Tent houses
Comfortable overnight stays in a wooden tent house
We have four tent houses made from Douglas fir wood, which we designed ourselves. Each tent house has a new double bed, a bunk bed, a simple shower, a dry toilet, and a washbasin. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. This allows you to experience the feeling of camping, but with extra comfort.

Camping RioRequesa has two spacious RV spots available. Guests can use the shower building and swimming pool. The Val di Vara is a beautiful region to explore by RV. From our campsite, you can easily drive to the coast, the hills, and the many villages in the area.

Our Tiny House is a fully furnished, energy-neutral cottage with a comfortable bed, private shower, and toilet. Outside, you will find a spacious kitchen. The garden has room for a small tent, so you can stay with up to four people. Ideal for those who seek comfort but want to enjoy the tranquility of the Val di Vara.

If you want to detox from social media, this is the place to relax. RioRequesa is located in a beautiful nature reserve with fireflies, forest animals, and a cool stream. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and charming villages in the area.
This is the perfect place for people who don't like large campsites with cramped pitches. The nature is pure and unspoiled, and the campsite blends in beautifully with its surroundings. The bread you can order is delicious, as are the refreshing drinks from the honesty bar.
The owner and managers know how to create a pleasant atmosphere. They make fresh pasta with delicious sauces, and there is a campfire in the evening.
